This policy explains what information Meridyne Studio ("we") collects through meridynestudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email, the services you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Call booking: when you book through our scheduling tool (Calendly), the details you enter there, such as your name, email and any answers to booking questions.
• Chat: messages and contact details you send through the chat widget on this site.
• Phone and demo calls: if you call us or a demo line, the call may be recorded and transcribed. You'll be told at the start of the call.
• Technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and the third-party tools listed below.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare quotes.
• To deliver services you hire us for.
• To understand which marketing brings people to the site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The site uses tools run by other companies, which process data under their own privacy policies: Calendly (scheduling), LeadConnector/HighLevel (chat and customer records), and Google Fonts (typefaces). If we add analytics or advertising tags, we'll list them here.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry or booking. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sarah@meridynestudio.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor them.
